HDPE & Plastic Pipelines
Supply and installation of buried and above-ground HDPE pipelines for slurry transfer, process water, silt return and clean water duties. Works include butt-fusion and electrofusion jointing by qualified operatives, anchor blocks, supports and full pressure testing in accordance with WIS / WRc protocols.
Steel & Stainless Process Pipework
Carbon steel and stainless steel process pipework for water, air, dust extraction and product lines — fabricated and installed to the relevant pressure equipment regulations and project specifications. Welded joints are visually and (where required) NDT inspected, and all pipework is leak and pressure tested before handover.
Trenching, Crossings & Reinstatement
Open-cut trenching with traffic-management, road and ditch crossings, granular bedding and surround, marker tape, warning mesh and full reinstatement. Works carried out under permit-to-dig, with utility surveys and CAT & Genny scanning before excavation.
Pipe Supports, Brackets & Anchors
Design and installation of pipe supports, expansion arrangements, U-bolts, clamps, anchor frames and pipe bridges — coordinated with structural steelwork and civil scope to ensure clean, robust installations that account for thermal movement and dynamic loading.
