Silo, Tank & Vessel Erection

Offloading, positioning and erection of storage silos, holding tanks and pressure vessels — including bolted and welded silo assembly, supporting steelwork installation, access platforms, ladders and handrails. All works delivered to manufacturer tolerances and the relevant Eurocode and BS EN standards.

Process Plant Installation

Installation of complete process plant packages — wash plants, screening houses, classifiers, separators, dewatering equipment and dust-control systems. We work to the supplier's general arrangements and act as a single point of contact for site assembly, alignment, mechanical completion and handover for hot commissioning.

Lifting Operations & Temporary Works

Contract lifts and tandem lifts for heavy and oversized loads, supported by appointed persons, lift plans, banksmen and engineered temporary works. All lifting operations are delivered to LOLER 1998 and BS 7121 with full risk assessments and method statements.

Commissioning Support & Handover

We support cold commissioning with point-to-point checks, loop checks, motor rotation checks, trial runs and functional testing of valves, gates and interlocks. Mechanical Completion documentation and snag-list close-out are provided in line with project quality plans, ready for hot commissioning by the OEM or process owner.
