Decommissioning of Aging Plant

We plan and execute the decommissioning of redundant silos, hoppers, processing plant and structural steelwork — often alongside live operations where production must continue throughout the works. Isolation, draining, purging and LOTOTO are co-ordinated with the site operator before any physical works commence.

Controlled Dismantling

Our dismantling operations are planned and executed with precision, ensuring safe removal while protecting surrounding assets. Engineered temporary works, sequenced cuts, lift studies and exclusion zones are deployed as standard, with works carried out under Principal Contractor duties to CDM 2015.

Asset Recovery & Salvage

We specialise in careful recovery of equipment, motors, gearboxes, drives and structural sections for reassembly at new locations or resale, maximising the residual value of redundant assets and reducing waste to landfill.

Site Clearance & Waste Management

Following demolition, we provide complete site clearance services and responsible waste stream management in line with the Environmental Permitting Regulations and Duty of Care requirements. Material is segregated for recycling wherever practicable, with full waste transfer documentation issued.
